The characteristics of jacquard knit fabrics are these!
Before I introduced to you that jacquard knitted fabrics are not just a kind of fabric, but are divided into several types!
So when everyone asks me about the characteristics of jacquard knit fabrics, I can't answer everyone's questions in general. I will introduce different knit jacquard fabrics to everyone in detail. Let me talk about monochrome jacquards first. First, the jacquard weaving machine weaves the jacquard fabric and then dyes and finishes. The finished fabric is solid color; the multi-color jacquard is a yarn-dyed jacquard fabric - the yarn is dyed and then weaved by a jacquard weaving machine, and finally finished. Therefore, the yarn-dyed jacquard fabric will have more than two colors, the fabric is rich in color, not monotonous, and the three-dimensional shape is stronger and the grade is higher. The width of the fabric is not limited, and the cotton fabric will shrink slightly, no ball, no fading. In general, jacquard fabrics are used for high-end clothing production materials or decorative industry materials (such as curtains, sofa cloth materials).
The process of making jacquard fabrics is complicated. The warp and weft yarns are intertwined and uplifted to form different patterns, and the bumps are inconspicuous. Many beautiful patterns such as flowers, birds, fish, insects, birds and beasts are woven. Soft, delicate, smooth and unique texture, good gloss, good drape and breathability, high color fastness (yarn dyeing). The pattern of the jacquard fabric is large and exquisite, the color is clear and the three-dimensional effect is strong, and the pattern of the small jacquard fabric is relatively simple and relatively simple.
Satin Jacquard fabric (cloth): The warp and weft yarns are interlaced at least three times, so the satin weave makes the fabric denser, so the fabric is thicker. Satin tissue products cost more than similar plain and twill weave products. Fabrics woven from satin weave are collectively referred to as satin fabrics. The satin fabric has the front and back sides, the least interlacing point in a complete tissue loop, the longest float line, the fabric surface consists almost entirely of warp threads in the warp or weft direction, and the satin fabric is soft. The satin fabric has the front and back sides, and the fabric is smooth and delicate.
The most common satin fabric is striped satin, referred to as satin. Divided into 40 pieces of 2 m 4 wide satin strips and 60 pieces of 2 m 8 wide satin strips. First weaving and dyeing process, the fabric is generally solid and extends as a horizontal strip. The cotton fabric has a small shrinkage, no ball, and is not easy to fade.
The above is the characteristics of jacquard fabric that I introduced to you. Next, I will spread the knowledge about "satin jacquard fabric" to everyone. First of all, please understand these three concepts: plain, twill, satin.
Plain weave: A fabric woven from plain weave is called plain weave. That is, the warp yarn and the weft yarn are interlaced once every other yarn (that is, the yarn is 1 upper and lower). The characteristics of this kind of cloth are many interlacing points, the texture is firm, the blade is smooth, the surface is flat, and the high-grade embroidery fabrics are generally plain fabrics.
Twill: The warp and weft yarns are interlaced at least once, ie 2 up 1 or 3 up 1 down. The fabric structure is changed by adding warp and weft interlacing points, collectively referred to as twill fabric. The characteristics of this cloth are relatively thick and the tissue has a strong three-dimensional effect. There are 30, 40, and 60 counts.
Satin cloth: The warp and weft yarns are interlaced at least once, so the satin weave makes the fabric denser, so the fabric is thicker. Satin tissue products cost more than similar plain and twill weaves, and the fabric is smooth, delicate and shiny. Plain, twill, and satin are the most basic three latitude and longitude interlacing methods. There are no specific good or bad points here, each with its own characteristics, of which the satin is definitely a fine product in pure cotton fabric.
